Dolce & Gabbana’s 888 Brickell: Miami’s Tallest Luxury Tower

Miami is set to welcome the first U.S. real estate project by iconic fashion house Dolce&Gabbana.

Situated in the heart of the Brickell district, 888 Brickell will stand as the tallest building in the city at 1,049 feet, bringing a new level of sophistication and luxury to Miami’s skyline.

Developed by JDS Development Group in collaboration with GV Development, the project is expected to be completed in 2028.

A Fashion-Infused Real Estate Masterpiece

Designed in collaboration with Studio Sofield, the residences range from one to four bedrooms and feature bespoke hardware, rare woods, and custom furniture. The interiors, personally curated by Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, offer unparalleled luxury with hand-crafted millwork and stunning views of the Atlantic Ocean, Biscayne Bay, and Downtown Miami.

One of the most exciting aspects of 888 Brickell is the seamless transformation of residences into individual hotel suites, allowing homeowners to rent their Dolce&Gabbana-designed spaces when not in use. This innovative model offers residents the opportunity to benefit from luxury living while also maximizing the investment potential of their property.

World-Class Amenities

The 115,000 square feet of amenities at 888 Brickell are spread across eight floors and cater to every aspect of luxury living:

  • A grand double-height lobby with two bars and a signature restaurant curated by Dolce&Gabbana.

  • A 4,000-square-foot pool deck with private cabanas, a poolside restaurant, and a grand pool bar.

  • Extensive event spaces, including a wine cellar, theatre, and demo kitchen for private dining.

  • Wellness amenities such as a fitness center, yoga studio, indoor padel court, and recovery spa.

The entire concept revolves around offering a turnkey lifestyle experience—residents can just show up, and everything will be taken care of.

Sales are being handled by ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, with prices starting at $3.5 million. The project is set for completion in 2028. With the combination of Dolce&Gabbana’s luxury design and JDS Development’s expertise, 888 Brickell is poised to become one of Miami’s most coveted addresses.
