Consuelo Saroyan’s Residency (1–31 August 2024)


Consuelo Saroyan, a renowned holistic healer with 18 years of experience, will lead retreats at the resort’s Javvu Spa. Saroyan’s offerings include her unique Conscious Body Therapy and Chakradarshan Yoga, blending ancient wisdom with modern techniques. Her treatment menu features Namikoshi Shiatsu, Shamanic drum journeys, group Mandala art rituals, and various yoga practices.



Guests can indulge in:

  • Conscious Body Therapy: Combining Tui Na techniques with modern methods like cupping, meridian stimulation, and Gua Sha tools to release tension and revitalize energy.

  • Namikoshi Shiatsu Therapy: A session to stimulate the body’s meridians and promote relaxation.

  • Chakradarshan Yoga: Balancing the body’s energy centres through curated poses and movements.

  • Yin Yoga: Targeting connective tissue with prolonged holds.

  • Pranayama and Meditation: Available as private or group sessions.


For spiritual connection, Saroyan offers private Shamanic drum journeys and hosts group meditation circles under the new or full moon on 4 and 19 August.



Dr. Tridendra Shakya’s Residency (1 October – 30 November 2024)


Dr. Tridendra Shakya, with over 17 years of holistic medicine expertise, will provide a variety of therapies during his stay. His treatments focus on promoting physical, mental, and emotional well-being and include:


  • Acupuncture: For pain management, weight loss, or facial rejuvenation.

  • Acu-massage: A TCM-based treatment combining acupuncture and Marma Point Massage to alleviate back and neck pain.

  • Yoga Nidra: A guided meditation for deep relaxation.

  • Yogic Cleansing: A detoxifying process followed by acupuncture and relaxation techniques.

  • Vedic Sinus Cleansing: To purify and boost the immune system.



Dr. Shakya’s three-step Sleep Well package is designed to address insomnia and snoring, while his Head to Toe Reviver uses reflexology to invigorate the body.


Enhancements to Dr. Shakya’s therapies, such as cupping, auricular seed acupuncture, lymphatic Marma facial massage, or electrical stimulation, are also available.
