"The concept of Ariva Serviced Residences came from my own experiences,” says Sylvia Wong, part of Ariva’s ownership team. “As someone who frequently visited Las Vegas for business, I longed for more privacy and convenience than a typical hotel could offer. Being able to cook simple, healthy meals is important to me, and this level of flexibility is something I appreciate at Ariva.”
